A small core group led by Pastor Mark Wellman and his wife Tami started Hope Church on Easter of 1999 in the Randolph Middle School Auditorium for the purpose of helping our friends and neighbors discover and develop a personal relationship with God through his son, Jesus Christ.

Over the past ten years, in addition to meeting weekly to Worship God, we have sent multiple teams on short term missions, provided labor and materials for local Habitat for Humanity projects, helped countless individuals in crisis, watched scores of students grow up through our children’s ministry and head off to college, and distributed thousands of helium balloons at the Randolph Freedom Festival.

In the fall of 2009, only a few months after celebrating our tenth anniversary, we were presented with the opportunity to acquire a permanent home.   The Congregational Church of Randolph was no longer able to maintain their facility and offered us the opportunity to take possession of it if we would simply assume their mortgage and missionary commitments.    We will always be grateful to the faithful members of the Congregational Church of Randolph for their gift to us.

As we look ahead to the future we know many things will be changing as we transition to life in our new facility.  However, our mission remains the same.  We are here to offer a place of grace to all who come, and to leave a touch of grace everywhere we go.  We hope you will join us for the journey.
