Pastor Mark Wellman and his wife Tami moved to Morris County from Florida in 1998  to start Hope Presbyterian Church.    Over the last decade they have been inspired to see how God has worked to establish this ministry, and the way it has touched the lives of hundreds of people.  The Wellmans are residents of Randolph and have four daughters in the local schools.  Mark is a member of the Randolph Rotary and a probationary member of the Mount Freedom Volunteer Fire Company #3.

Associate Pastor Jeff Ridgway began serving at Hope Church in 2002.  He and his wife Kim are New Jersey natives.  They live in Wharton and have three sons, Titus, Silas and Isaiah. Jeff works primarily with worship, small groups and administration at Hope while Kim leads the children's ministries.
